Weekly Standup — Mid-May Edition
What we shipped, what slipped, and what we're betting on next week.
Shipped: animation retargeting tool, two new boss telegraph sprites, a sluggish-input bug that haunted us for two sprints.
Slipped: the cutscene preview pane (waiting on the timeline rewrite), localization QA pass for German.
Betting on: getting the playtest build into ten more hands before the end of the week. We need fresh eyes on the difficulty curve in chapter two.
