Sprint Three Recap and Priorities
Out of six sprint goals, four landed, one slipped, one was wrong from the start.
The wrong-from-the-start goal is the interesting one. We had committed to "first pass on co-op netcode." Two weeks in, we realized we don't actually want co-op in v1 — it doesn't fit the game we're making. Killing it freed up a full sprint of capacity.
